Content must be correctly entered and indexed based on a Meta-X© structure schema. Magillem offers a MRU Packager to automate the repository creation phase.

• Indexing is performed by directly analyzing texts, as is the capture of the relationships among business objects
• Multi-source data must be integrated
• Indexing occurs automatically with immediate integration of structures and databases supported by a fully configurable, user-friendly graphic tool.

When the content is packaged, the repository can be updated automatically as often as needed.

Magillem’s tools and schemas manage MRUs and their modifications. Three key items must be supported in order to achieve this and a migration solution must be offered:

• Managing content identification and versions
• Managing content hierarchy
• Managing parameters that move between hierarchical levels

The CSV2SCHEMA module is included in the MRU Content Packager and offers support during the migration phase from one MRU to another. This often occurs when two companies merge or when departments within a company are joined. Information can be imported or exported to “legacy” formats.

If MRUs are modified, translation rules must be defined in order to update documents that reference these MRUs. Design life cycle phases (update, impact test, etc.) are carried out natively in the software.
