OSEO was born in 2005, by bringing together ANVAR (French innovation agency) and BDPME (SME development bank), around a mission of general interest supporting the regional and national policies. Its mission is to provide assistance and financial support to French SMEs and VSEs in the most decisive phases of their life cycle: start up, innovation, development, business transfer / buy out. By sharing the risk, it facilitates the access of SMEs to financing by banking partners and equity capital investors.
Magillem has received support from OSEO for its innovative projects.

The European Parliament, the Office for Official Publications of the European Communities, the national and regional parliaments in Europe, some national government departments and European organisations are currently using this controlled vocabulary. On this site, you will find version 4.3 of the Eurovoc Thesaurus. The European institutions, the national parliaments and the various users of Eurovoc have cooperated to produce this edition.

It represents the user’s view in discussions with the public authorities and plays an active role in the constitution of official legal databases. It works in conjunction with other associations and organisations with similar interests.
