Magillem is a voting member of Accellera, an industry organization formed in 2000, provider of design and verification standards for quick availability and use in the electronics industry. The organization and its members cooperatively deliver much-needed EDA standards that lower the cost of designing commercial IC and EDA products. As a result of Accellera’s partnership with the IEEE, Accellera standards are transferred to the IEEE standards body for formalization and ongoing change control. Magillem is a Cadence System Realization Alliance partner. The System Realization Alliance is a worldwide network of companies collaborating with Cadence to improve system development processes for mutual customers by:

Magillem is a member of OCP International Partnership (OCP-IP), a non-profit semiconductor industry consortium formed to administer the support, promotion and enhancement of the Open Core Protocol (OCP) specification. OCP is the only fully supported, openly licensed, complete interface socket for intellectual property (IP) cores. Magillem has recently joined ARTEMISIA. The Association was founded in January 2007 by DaimlerChrysler, Nokia, Philips Electronics, STMicroelectronics, and Thales to support the ARTEMIS Joint Undertaking (JU). The ARTEMIS JU programme is the first of its kind to bring private-sector research actors together with the European Commission and a large number of contributing Member States.
